Cancellation Policy

Cancelling Before Dispatch

If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@skinique.co.uk with your order number. If your order hasn't yet been dispatched, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund, free of charge.

Your Statutory Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to give a reason. To cancel under this right, simply email support@skinique.co.uk within the 14-day window.

If you've already received your order and wish to cancel, you'll need to return the item to us. Please see our Refund Policy for full details on returning items and how refunds are processed.

Orders That Have Already Been Dispatched

If your order has already been dispatched by the time you contact us, we're unable to intercept the delivery. In this case, please follow our standard return process once the item arrives.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Where an order is cancelled before dispatch, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Where a cancellation involves returning a received item, refund timelines follow our standard Refund Policy.
